Will I have internet access from my room?

All University residences are wired to provide data points connected to the University network and offering free access to web, e-mail and other networked services. There is no extra charge for this service in the halls (although the commercial service offered at the McMillan Student Village does require the payment of an £80 one-off connection fee).
