Devonport House

Just across the road from the Greenwich Campus, Devonport House is a bespoke, modern conversion of an historic building. It offers 125 rooms, all single study/bedrooms with en-suite shower/toilet facilities, in shared, self-catering flats. All rooms have their own mini-fridge and free access to the Internet.
The hall differs from other university residences in being reserved for postgraduate students and / or students aged 25 and above. Sited centrally in Greenwich next door to the National Maritime Museum, resident students are within easy walking distance of the university’s teaching buildings and library, as well as shops, restaurants, bars and other attractions. Both the DLR and mainline train station are close by and a number of bus routes run beside the hall.
There is a coin operated laundrette on site.
The hall has no car parking. There is little parking available in Greenwich itself and the local authority does not issue street parking permits to resident students, so the use of public transport is encouraged. For information on local car parking permits please visit www.greenwich.gov.uk
