Studentpad.co.uk is a company that specialises in Internet based software that advertises student properties. They currently provide a service to over twenty Universities and Colleges around the UK. They will supply us with a University of Greenwich specific accommodation website (www.greenwichstudentpad.co.uk) which will advertise your houses, flats and lodgings and provide practical advice about accommodation to students. The adverts contain details of the property and, if you desire, up to 3 photographs of it. The student user can make a targeted and specific search of houses to match their needs. This reduces the time spent in this process and lessens the possibility of them viewing a house that is unsuitable for their needs.
The benefits to landlords are manifold. Information about houses is more accessible. The details of houses are displayed clearly and concisely and can be e-mailed between friends. This allows information to be passed around easily and therefore improves the publicity for your properties.
