Business Analysis
Business Analysis is the technical part of business planning and control. It is impossible to make useful plans without having a grasp of key items of current information. Monitoring and control are likewise dependent on being able to demand, access, interpret and communicate this information.
It requires a light level of transferrable skills, the ability to deconstruct and reformulate problems from a variety of business contexts, and the development of a critical approach both qualitative and quantitative.
