Biography
Passionate and expert in Sport and Exercise Science. Monèm is known as the World leading authority in Physiology of Gymnastics after his career as an international coach. He has carried out research in different universities in France, in Tunisia, in the USA and in the UK.
His research area includes the enhancement of physiological aspects of human performance and more recently health related issues (obesity, type 2 diabetes, diet and hormonal regulation in relation to exercise).
