Transcripts
Formal details of the programme studied by an individual and the results achieved for each course are given in a transcript. All students who have completed their studies within the last 10 years can request a transcript.
Students who have completed within the last 10 years need to complete a Student Records Transcript Request Form and return to:

For students who have completed beyond 10 years the university unfortunately can not provide transcript records. As an alternative a letter of confirmation with a short statement on our archive policy is available free of charge via the Conferments Officer.
